In-person appointments are highly recommended due to the inability to troubleshoot remotely without proper setup, but online appointments are available if needed.
About
It first started with my own projects to better understand technology and learn how to troubleshoot. Then I became the family IT person. Helping my loved ones made me realize that not only is this something I’m good at, but something I can see myself doing as a business for others.
